We offer (mostly) worldwide shipping, and all orders ship from Toronto, Canada! Our mission is to make our unique apparel accessible to everyone, everywhere. As a small business, we value each of our customers no matter where they are located and strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services globally.

Shipping Times and Costs

Shipping times vary based on your location. Please note, while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen postal service disruptions.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. This number allows you to track your order's journey to your doorstep. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

Faulty Products

Your satisfaction is important to us at Boring Friends. While we do not offer returns, we understand that receiving a faulty product can be disappointing. We offer refunds for any products found to be faulty upon arrival.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at hello@boringfriends.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the fault, and any relevant photographs. Upon verifying the fault, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
